Jennifer Badio

Principal Lawyer

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Development from McGill University (2014) and Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law (2019). Throughout law school, Jennifer worked at Downtown Legal Services providing family law services to low-income communities in Toronto.

After completing articles at a Bay Street family law firm in Toronto, Jennifer relocated to Victoria and was called to the BC Bar in 2020.

Jennifer exclusively practices all areas of family law and is a passionate advocate for families and children. Jennifer is experienced litigating in Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia but strives for resolutions outside of court through negotiation and mediation whenever possible.

When Jennifer is not practicing law or chasing after her daughters, she can be found on the tennis court, ski hill, or wandering in Costco.
